Group: Treatment

Treatment:

A girl sits at her vanity in her bedroom, looking into a mirror. Pictures of her and her ex-boyfriend are scattered around the mirror. She is visibly upset; as they have just broken up. She texts her friends in a group chat to meet her at the beach/lanes. She leaves her house and  gets in her car and begins driving towards Brighton. She parks up and meets her friends at the beach. Her friends cheer her up and they go to the beach, pier and lanes; doing little activities along the way such as photo booths, posing with graffiti as another friend takes the photo. The lighting gets darker as the day goes into the evening, the main protagonists throws a photo of the ex-boyfriend into the sea and the video ends with her joining the other characters sat in a line, arm in arm on the beach, watching the sunset.

We are also thing that throughout the video we will intercut a performance based narrative with a female lip singing the song in a dark, black room with some colour changing lighting.
